Corvette C7 (maybe?) Spotted On Transformers 2 Set
Posted Jul 16, 2008 @ 4:06 pm

We've already seen some small, blurry pictures of a silver mystery car on the set of Transformers 2, but we now have a nice, clear photo of what we believe to be a concept for the next generation Corvette, the C7. With a more angular and aggressive look, the C7 concept is quite a departure from the previous generation C6 Corvette.
Also spotted on the set were the Chevy Trax and Chevy Beat, two mini-cars unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show a year ago. The Beat is being readied for production in Europe, but there has been no word on whether the Trax will be produced.

More Camaro Spy Shots
Posted Dec 13, 2007 @ 6:22 am

The boys over at Camaro5.com have gotten ahold of a few more spy shots of the Camaro, this time with less camo. The nose and rear covers remain, but the zebra striping is gone, giving us a much better look at the body. These new pictures reveal that the rear fender vents that the concept vehicle donned are gone and the side mirrors are a bit taller than those on the concept.
There have been a few tweaks, but overall, it looks like the production Camaro will be quite faithful to the concept originally unveiled two years ago at the Detroit Auto Show.
Head on over to Camaro5 to see the full-size photo.

Camaro Spied In Australia
Posted Dec 11, 2007 @ 10:28 pm
Some spy photographers in the land down under were able to snap some photos of a fleet of Camaros just outside Melbourne. They are heavily covered in camo, so we can't see a whole lot. Two things that are noticable are a B-pillar, which wasn't present on the concept, and a nose that is a little less sharp than the one on the concept.
The group of Camaros wasn't spotted alone. It looks like GM is benchmarking it's muscle car against Ford's, as a group of Mustangs were seen with the fleet.
The Camaro goes on sale in early 2009, with a convertible version following later in the year.
Head on over to Edmunds to see the pictures.

2009 CTS-V Spied!
Posted Dec 07, 2007 @ 3:02 pm
The spy photographers at KGP have managed to snap a few completely nude shots of the upcoming CTS-V. Much like the previous CTS-V, the standard grill is replaced by a trapezoidal mesh grill. Another noticable difference is a subtle hood bulge, but the question remains... what exactly is under that hood bulge?
Speculations have been made, no one knows for sure. Just remember, the CTS-V is the car Bob Lutz said would "suck the doors off the M5." So expect at least 500 horses from this bad boy.

We've been seeing pictures of the next generation Opel Vectra for some time now, but finally we get to see it in action! A video has surfaced on YouTube of a camouflaged Vectra doing some laps on the 'ring in Germany.
The Vectra will be the first vehicle from GM's new Epsilon II platform. This is the same platform that will host the next generation Saturn Aura and Chevy Malibu. The Vectra is scheduled to be officially unveiled next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
